Not everything for Valentine’s Day needs to be all pink and hearts, but sometimes it just, well, does. And when the design is with a modern twist, why not? I created this cake with mini ombre pink hearts and a chic cake topper. If I was going to go pink and feminine, then I still wanted the final product to be crisp and clean. In fact, starting with a clean buttercream or fondant iced cake, this design is fairly simple for anyone to put together.
